this is a document: it's about 200 pages thick in the (oversize to us north americans) A4(?) (29.3 X 21 cm) format, and what it is is a collection of discarded photocopies gathered at random and bound into a book. Jurgen has been doing this since 1977 (three or four issues a year). the result is a remarkable cultural cross-section with everything from kitchen-sink diagrams to pornographic art.
