Hi Ross,
Learned today that Canada Post will start to ''outlaw'' mailart. Try to put your hands on Canada Post-Post Offices InfoMessages No: 2013-38 (week of 23 September 2013). Your local postmaster should be able to give you a copy. In short, nothing glued at the surface of an enveloppe/post card will be allowed to be mailed to the US or International. Cheers! Reg
