This drawing almost looks like a Japanese Gretchen doll. You should create a series of little Japanese Gretchen dolls with a lamp theme. That pen nib repeated shape in the back ground almost looks like a gas pilot light. Use yellow in the colors with the black ink contrast like this often. Maybe block prints using black ink on yellow painted paper. If you have a paper perforator you could create some cool stamps too.
